جه‌بار یاوه‌ر ئه‌مینداری وه‌زاره‌تی پێشمه‌رگه‌ی حكوومه‌تی هه‌رێمی كوردستان سه‌باره‌ت به ورده‌كاری ئۆپه‌راسیۆنی موسڵ به كوردستان24 راگه‌یاند: "هه‌موو ورده‌كارییه‌كانی ئۆپه‌راسیۆنی مووسڵ له نێوان حكوومه‌تی هه‌رێمی كوردستان و حكوومه‌تی فیدڕاڵی عێراق و هێزی هاوپه‌یمانان رێككه‌وتنی له‌سه‌ركراوه، كاتی ده‌ستپێكردنی ئه‌م ئۆپه‌راسیۆنه‌ش زۆر نزیكه، به‌ڵام له‌به‌رهۆكاری ئه‌منی هیچ فه‌رمانده‌یه‌ك ناتوانێت ئاشكرای بكات".
هه‌روه‌ها جه‌بار یاوه‌ر ئاشكرای كرد: "هیچ هێزێكی ده‌ره‌كی، توركی بێت یان ئێرانی، جگە له هێزه‌كانی پێشمه‌رگه و هێزه فه‌رمییه‌كانی عێراق له رێككه‌وتنی نێوان حكوومه‌تی هه‌رێمی كوردستان و حكوومه‌تی فیدڕاڵی عێراق و هێزی هاوپه‌یمانان باس نه‌كراوه".
ئه‌مینداری وه‌زاره‌تی پێشمه‌رگه راشیگەیاند: "حكوومه‌تی هه‌رێمی كوردستان و حكوومه‌تی فیدڕاڵی عێراق له‌سه‌ر ئایینده‌ی مووسڵ دوای داعش رێككه‌وتوون و بڕیاردراوه هه‌مان پارێزگار و جێگری پارێزگار و ئه‌نجوومه‌نی پارێزگای موسڵ بگرێته‌وه سه‌ر ئیداره‌كه و كاره‌كانی خۆی ئه‌نجام بدات، سووپای عێراق و پۆلیسی ئیتیحادی پارێزگاری ئه‌منی له‌و شاره ده‌كه‌ن، بۆ چاره‌سه‌ری كێشه سیاسی و ئیدارییه‌كانی موسڵیش، لێژنه‌یه‌كی باڵا له نێوان حكوومه‌تی هه‌رێمی كوردستان و حكوومه‌تی عێراق دروست ده‌كرێت".
اكد الامين العام لوزارة البيشمركة جبار ياور على ان مسألة تحرير الموصل مسألة سيادية ولم يتم تحديد اي دور لقوات اخرى فيما اشار الى مشاركة كافة القوات العراقية في معركة الموصل وادارة المدينة بعد التحرير عن طريق لجنة مشتركة بين الاقليم والمركز.
وقال ياور لكوردستان24 ان "اللقاءات حول تحرير الموصل جرت بين وفود رفيعة من حكومة بغداد واقليم كوردستان فقط وبحضور ممثلين عن التحالف الذي ترأسه أمريكا".
واكد ياور عدم حضور اي ممثلين عن تركيا او ايران او غيرها معتبرا ان قضية الموصل قضية سيادية عراقية.
وقال ياور ان "كل القوات العراقية مشاركة بمعركة الموصل ولم يتم استثناء اي طرف منها سواء الجيش العراقي او قوات البيشمركة أو الحشد الشعبي والحشد الوطني".
وشدد الامين العام لوزارة البيشمركة على سرية موعد انطلاق العملية العسكرية في الموصل والخطط العسكرية المتعلقة بها مؤكدا ان هذه التفاصيل لم يفصح عنها لأحد.
وبشأن ادارة الموصل بعد تحريرها بين ياور ان مجلس محافظة الموصل ومحافظها المنتخبين دستوريا سيعودان الى ممارسة اعمالهما في المحافظة بعد طرد تنظيم داعش منها.
واكد ياور ان اي مشكلة سياسية أو أمنية أو ادارية بعد تحرير الموصل سيتم حلها عن طريق لجنة معينة مشتركة بين الاقليم والمركز.
وتجري التحضيرات لمعركة السيطرة على الموصل من قبل القوى العراقية في وقت تصاعد فيه التوتر بين بغداد وانقرة على خلفية طلب عراقي بانسحاب القوات التركية من الاراضي العراقية فيما ترفض تركيا طلبه وتصر على البقاء.
